Rekha uses only pure and natural organic herbs available in local stores. Many of them will already be familiar to you from your own grocery shopping.

Until Edith's retirement in 2017, she and Rekha collaborated in providing therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Ayurveda helped balance clients' doshas while reiki sessions helped balance their chakra energy, for excellent healing results.
Rekha's professional work includes raising public awareness of Ayurveda by providing Ayurvedic education to clients and to the community, in order to help people attain and maintain better health. For two years, she was an Ayurveda Instructor at Acton-Boxborough Community Education. From 2013 through 2015, she created educational videos with the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce . Since 2012 she has been creating educational videos in collaboration with the Westford Community Access TV studio.
